Welcome to Retail Park Nessebar – our fourth project of this kind in the country!
Situated in the Municipality of Nessebar, this property not only captivates with its excellent location but also its tremendous potential, thanks to its proximity to the “Lidl” chain of stores. In cities with fewer than 100,000 residents, “Lidl” serves as a primary traffic generator. Our aim is to complement the range of goods and services offered by the large supermarket with unique offerings, ensuring visitors the opportunity and convenience to shop for everything they need from one location.
Retail Park Nessebar is built between Lidl and Masterhaus, right next to the entrance to Ravda village. The parking lot of Retail Park Nessebar and Lidl are mutually connected, providing shared entrances and exits.
General Parameters, GFA, and Number of Facilities
The plot covers a total area of 13,449 square meters.
The total built-up area of the project is 6,133 m2, with 6,000 m2 dedicated to retail premises.
The complex is divided into 8 units with areas ranging from 125m2 to 1200m2.
A parking lot with 151 parking spaces is provided.

Various international and national brands are represented within the park’s premises, such as DM, KiK, SOpharmacy, Sinsay, Technomarket, Pepco, Jysk, Full House Decor.
Project Executor
The general executor of the project is ZCV Ltd., providing engineering and project management services. Construction is carried out by experienced subcontractors from the region.
