Project information
The main concept of retail park “Parvomay Park” to meet the needs of the residents the town of Parvomay and the region by offering a variety of goods and services, aiming to leave a positive impression on visitors. The primary goal of “Parvomay Park” is to create an environment where visitors can combine their shopping, entertainment, and leisure activities.
“Parvomay Park” is a large-scale project for Parvomay, with build-up area of 3,072 m2 and a gross lettable area (GLA) of 3,052 sq.m. A second stage of project is planned, adding two additional units with a GLA of 1280 sq.m. The building is centrally located between Parvomay and Debăr district on 51B “Kniaz Boris I” Street, close to the Parvomay Hospital.
After special research, Parvomay was chosen as the endpoint for the investment project due to the city’s favorable economic environment and developed industry. Being close to the Trakia Highway, the main road from Plovdiv to Haskovo and Turkey, Parvomay is a town with the potential to attract investors. The shopping center contribute to the city’s development not only by providing convenience and comfort to visitors but also by creating new job opportunities, inevitably leading to an improvement in the standard of living.
The distinguishing qualities of the building are embedded in the fundamental principles followed by the investor and designers, such as:
- accessibility and convenience – public buildings should primarily serve the needs of users;
- flexibility – to meet the requirements and needs of tenants/investors;
- enhancement – such large-scale projects create changes not only in the local (neighborhood) appearance but also lead to economic changes related to the overall vision of the town.

Various international and national brands are represented within the park’s premises, such as Billa, Technomarket, SDI, Pepco, Lilly Drogerie, 36.6 Pharmacy, Rollplast, EasyPay, Carwash.
